- A: All we need from you is some simple verbiage,

- Q: What are email bounces?
- A: An "Email bounce" is when your email goes out to your customer’s email box and that email box is full, closed, or just no longer valid, the email will be returned to inform us that there is a problem. Our system will try to reach your customer 3 times—after that, the email address is deemed undeliverable and removed from your database.
- Q: Can I get a copy of my database at anytime or do I need to pay for it?
- A: Absolutely! You can get a copy of your database at any time, free of charge (as long as your account is current.) It's your data—we just manage it for you.

- A: Our contract runs for 12 months. Of course, the longer you use Loyal Email, the more cost-effective and valuable the program gets for you since you are collecting more and more email addresses each month.

- Q: How long does it take to get my business up and running using Loyal Email?
- A: You will be contacted within 48 hours from signing up for our service. Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) will consult with you to determine your list building and email management options. Within 7-10 days you will have all material(s) delivered to your business\website, and from that point, we begin implementing your email collection tools to help you start building your email list.
- Q: What does a Customer Service Representative (CSR) do?
- A: You are assigned a dedicated CSR that will work with you throughout your relationship with Loyal Email. This person will act as your very own marketing consultant. Your CSR will contact you or can be reached via email or phone at (866)-526-4309.
- Q: What if I skip a month?
- A: We recommend communicating with
your email list members on a monthly basis.
Although, if you decide to skip a month, you
may do so—but you will still be charged your
regular monthly service
fee.

- A: Monthly program service fees can be charged to your credit card or deducted from your checking account on the 20th day of the month.
- Q: Can I purchase, trade or borrow an email list from Loyal Email?
- A: Never! Loyal Email does not sell, borrow or trade email lists with anybody. Purchased email lists do not perform anywhere near as well as home-grown lists. If you are thinking of using a purchased email list for your email marketing initiatives, don't even bother.
- Q: Will my email campaigns be blocked by companies like AOL, YAHOO and MSN?
- A: Every now and then, for various reasons, your campaign might be temporarily "black listed" or blocked by an ISP. Loyal Email seeds your list with email addresses that are monitored in real time by sophisticated, proprietary software that alerts our delivery team. Your campaign is quickly analyzed and efficiently returned to "white list" status again. We work with all of the major ISPs to assure the best delivery and results!
